• Description:

  TBS appears as white to off-white instant granules. Each pouch makes 1 L of 1x TBS solution conveniently with a simple procedure. TBS is composed of NaCl, KCl and Tris. 1x TBS contains 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl and 25 mM Tris. TBS buffer is a widely used isotonic buffer in biology labs. It is used in immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridizations, enzyme-linked immunoassays and western blot. It is ideal for substrate washing, antibody dilution and blocking solution preparation.
