• Description:

  RNase Inhibitor, Murine is a recombinant mouse-derived RNase inhibitor expressed using an Escherichia coli expression system. It has a molecular weight of 50 kDa and functions through non-competitive binding in a 1:1 ratio with RNase A, B, and C, effectively inhibiting their activity.Compared to human/pig RNase inhibitors, Murine RNase Inhibitor exhibits significantly improved antioxidant capacity and enhanced stability at lower concentrations of DTT (1 mM) . This advantage makes it particularly suitable for reactions where high concentrations of DTT are not desirable, such as real-time RT-PCR.
