Taq antibody

• Description:

  Taq antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody specific bound to Taq DNA polymerase. It can effectively inhibit over 95% of Taq DNA polymerase activity at 55°C. Heating at 95°C for 30 seconds, the antibody irreversibly dissociates from Taq DNA polymerase, release the activity of polymerase .
